1. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition seems to be the non releasing of the wages of the petitioner from the month of April 2020 till date.

2. According to the petitioner all these period, he was discharging his duty uninterruptedly, however, the wages has not been released and it also appears that the respondents are marking the presence of somebody else against the name of the petitioner.

3. Given the limited fact, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the writ petition at this juncture is disposed of directing the respondent No. 3 to consider the grievance of the petitioner and to personally verify the record. In the event, if it is found on verification that the petitioner has discharged his duty during the said

-2period, appropriate steps ensuring the release of the wages for the period he has worked be completed at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
