1. Heard.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was supplying the ready to eat food material under the scheme/agreement of the State, which was terminated by an order dated 25.07.2020 (Annexure P-1). He would further submit that against such order, the petitioner has filed an appeal

before the Collector on 31.07.2020 and the order-sheet (Annexure P-6) would show that no substantial hearing has taken place and till date the interim application has not been decided.

3. Learned State counsel would submit that on different dates the proceeding took place and the appeal would be decided in accordance with law.

4. Considering the fact that the appeal against the order of cancellation of ready to eat food material is already pending and the appeal has been filed on 31.07.2020 and till date it has not been concluded, the appellate authority is directed to decide the appeal within an outer limit of 45 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order and the petitioner shall also extend all cooperation.
