1. The petitioner has filed this CRMP seeking modification in the order dated 04.02.2020 passed in MCRC No. 7621/2019 with regard to the name of co-accused person namely Yogeshwar Dhruw.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in MCRC 7621/2019, in para 3 & 6 name of the co-accused, Yogeshwar Dhruw has been mentioned whereas it is Manbai who has been granted bail.

3. I have gone through the impugned order and perused the record available in MRCR No. 7621/2019.

4. From the perusal of record, it appears that the co-accused

person of this case namely Manbai has already been granted bail and her name should have been mentioned instead of name of "Yogeshwar Dhruw". Thus, the error with regard to the name of the other co-accused is apparent on the fact of the record which needs to be rectified.

5. Accordingly, it is ordered that in the order in question the name of the co-accused person in para 3 & 6 be read as "Manbai" instead of "Yogeshwar Dhruw".

6. The copy of this order be supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioner along with MCRC No. 7621/2019.

7. With the modification as aforesaid, CRMP stands disposed of. Sd/- (Rajani Dubey) Judge Vijay Sahu
