(1) Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is working as Project Officer, has been transferred from Ekikrat Bal Vikas Pariyojana, Devri, District Balod to Ekikrat Bal Vikas Pariyojana, Devri, District Kanker, District Kanker, against which, he may be allowed to make representation to the State Government for redressal of his grievances and the same may be directed to be decided expeditiously.
(2) Prayer appears to be fair & reasonable.
(3) Be that as it may, if the petitioner prefers representation to the State Government within a period of 10 days from today for redressal of his grievances, it is directed to be decided by the authority concerned within a further period of 20 days from the date of receipt of representation in accordance with law.
(4) For the period of 30 days, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner.
(5) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
