NAFR HIGH COURT OF CHHATTISGARH, BILASPUR Writ Petition (S) No. 2759 of 2011 Smt. Sweta Warwade, Wife of Shri Mayank Warwade, Age 32 years, Resident of C-64, Shailendra Nagar, Raipur, Chhattisgarh ---- Petitioner versus Public Service Commission, Chhattisgarh Through - The Secretary, Shankar Nagar Road, Raipur, Chhattisgarh ----Respondent For Petitioner :
Ms. Meha Kumar, Advocate For Respondent :
Shri Y.C. Sharma, Advocate Hon'ble Shri Deepak Gupta, Chief Justice Order on Board 16/09/2016
1. The main prayer made by the Petitioner in this writ petition is as follows:
"10. (i) That Hon'ble Court may kindly issue an appropriate writ and/or direction to the respondent to decide the objections raised regarding model answer published on the web site of Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission for examination held for the selection to the post of Assistant Professor Economics- 2009 (Annexure P-4)."
2. In this writ petition, the only prayer made is that Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission be directed to decide the objections raised regarding the model answer published on the website of Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission. This Court is not commenting on the correctness or otherwise of the objections, but the Public Service Commission must decide the objections one way or the other.
3. Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent/Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission to decide the objections raised regarding the model answer by a reasoned order within a period of four weeks of the production of this order and to thereafter send a copy of its decision to the Petitioner by registered post. In case, the Petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission, she can again approach to this Court.
4. In view of the above, the writ petition and application (I.A. No. 4 of 2016) for urgent hearing also stand disposed of. Sd/- (Deepak Gupta) CHIEF JUSTICE vatti
