1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail, as he apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No.90/2021, registered at Police Station Bemetara, District- Bemetara (C.G.) for offence punishable under Section 384 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Chhattisgarh Protection of Debtors Act, 1937.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that with the lapse of time, the bail application has become infructuous.

3. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as having become infructuous.
