For the reasons assigned in the application and considering the submissions by the applicant and finding them satisfactory, the present MCC stands allowed. The writ petition WPS 5306/2020 stands restored back to its original number.

No order as to costs.

However, the petitioner shall ensure that default is cured within a period of three days from today.
