1. The accused/applicant has moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No.2/2014, registered at Police Station Bankimongra, Distt. Korba, for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366, 376 of the IPC and Section 3 (1) (xii) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this application as the bail application filed by the present applicant has already been dismissed by order dated 12-1-2015 passed by this Court in M.Cr.C.No.6261/2014.
