Advocate Hon'ble The Vacation Judge Order on Board 23/05/2017 The applicant has preferred this application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of bail as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.312 of 2016 registered at Police Station Bilaigarh, District Balodabazar-Bhatapara (Chhattisgarh) for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 r/w 34 of IPC.

The applicant along with four other accused persons namely Jitendra Kumar, Paras Ram Patel, Seikh Firoz Mohmmad and Lakhan have allegedly forged the revenue papers of the farmers to increase the area of their holdings to allow them to sell more quantity of paddy than the one which they could have sold to the Government. Thus, they have been benefited of government subsidy/schemes etc. causing loss to the Government to the tune of Rs. 15,00,000/- approximately.

Admittedly, co-accused Jitendra Kumar has been released on regular bail by this Court in M.Cr.C. No. 2804 of 2017. Considering the release of coaccused on bail, the present applicant also deserves to be released on bail. 4.

Accordingly, the bail application is allowed. The present applicant is

directed to be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned trial Court. He is directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court.
