Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner would submit that petitioner has made a representation / complaint against respondent No. 6 regarding irregularities in supply of ready to eat food at the Aanganbadis, before the Collector, Surajpur and Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue), Pratappur has also made recommendations but the Collector, Surajpur has

not taken any action till date. Hence, this writ petition. 2.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

Be that as it may, the Collector, Surguja is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation as well as the recommendations made by the Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue), Pratappur expeditiously preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
