1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order of transfer dated 06.02.2021 whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Directorate, Higher Education, Raipur to District Janjgir-Champa as Principal at Government P.G. College under District Janjgir-Champa.

2. Substantive challenge seems to the short duration of time left for the petitioner to retire as he has already crossed the age of 63 years and is to retire in 15 months from now.

3. Given the fact and circumstances of the case, particularly taking into consideration the age of the petitioner, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the petitioner to prefer appropriate representation, in addition to the representation that he has already made to the rspondent no.1 and respondent no.1 in turn shall consider and decide the same in accordance with the policy governing the field at the earliest preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
