Asha, Panel Lawyer Hon'ble The Vacation Judge Order on Board 23/05/2017 The applicants have preferred this application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of bail as they have been arrested in connection with Crime No.19 of 2016 registered at Police Station Podi, District Korea (Chhattisgarh) for the offence punishable under Section 20(B) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act.

Considering the huge quantity of Ganja i.e. 105 Kg. recovered from the present applicants and their previous antecedents, this Court is not inclined to release the applicants on bail.

Accordingly, the present bail application is rejected. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
