1. The applicants have preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail, as they apprehend their arrest in connection with Crime No.0225/2019, registered at Police Station Punjipathra, District Raigarh, for offence punishable under Section 407/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the applicants, on instructions, would seek permission of this Court to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file regular bail application before the jurisdictional Court.

3. No objection from other side.

4. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as stated supra. In the event applicants move application for grant of regular bail, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously.
