Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 03/01/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made application before respondent authorities for allotment of the house as he is a naxalite affected person, but the same is still pending till now and, therefore, direction may be issued to the respondent authorities to decide the same expeditiously. (2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(3) Be that as it may, respondent authorities are directed to consider

and decide the pending application of the petitioner strictly in accordance with law expeditiously from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

(4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to costs.
