By this petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has assailed the correctness and validity of order dated 22.01.2016 passed by the Board of Revenue. 2.

The submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that in so far as direction for demarcation of the land of the respondent is concerned, the petitioner has no objection however, there was no occasion to direct simultaneous demarcation of the land of the petitioner also.

Irrespective of the merits of the case, a mere direction for demarcation does not affect anybody's right. The demarcation, if any, would only make the position clear on the spot. The nature of order is such that I am not inclined to interfere with the same. 4.

It goes without saying that if the petitioner has any grievance

with the demarcation made, it will be open for the petitioner to take recourse to appropriate remedy in accordance with law. 5.

The petition is therefore dismissed.
