Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 01/08/2017 Heard.

1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the order dated 28.03.2017, the description of the prayer and the route has not been correctly mentioned.

2. Having heard the submission, I consider it proper to modify order dated 28.03.2017 in the manner in para 2 of the order in place of "for grant of regular stage carriage permit having on the route from Surajpur to Premnagar via Kalua, Shrinagar, Ganeshpur in one trip daily", it shall be read as "for extension of route from Surajpur to Gumgara".

3. The MCC is accordingly disposed off.
