Grievance of the petitioner is that he has moved an application before the respondent on 30.12.2016 for grant of regular stage carriage permit on the route Ambikapur to Tugua, Via Songra, Pratappur, Wadrafnagar, Raghunathnagar and back one return trip daily but till date, his application has not been decided. 2.

Without commenting upon merits of the case, if there is an application filed by the petitioner, the same has to be decided within a reasonable time. 3.

Considering that the period of 60 days has already elapsed, it would be appropriate to direct respondent authority to decide petitioner's application within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed off.
