The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for certain directions to the respondents for taking appropriate action against the respondent No.5.

At the outset, this Court is of the opinion that the writ petition would not be maintainable for the reason that the petitioner first of all is not a government employee and that the petitioner's dispute in the

present writ petition is not pertaining to any service dispute directly affecting the claim of the petitioner.

In view of the same, the writ petition being not maintainable deserves to be and is accordingly rejected. However, the right of the petitioner to avail other appropriate remedy would always reserve. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) Judge Ved
