At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant submits that as this Court in Cr. Revision N.669/2015 (Bhola Ram Sahu Vs. Dhairya Kumar Sahu) had passed a conditional order regarding staying of the effect and operation of the impugned order dated 1.7.2015 and since there is noncompliance of the said order, he may be given liberty to file application for the relief as prayed in the instant Cr. Revision. 2.

With the above submission, the instant Cr. Revision is disposed of without any appreciation on its merits reserving the liberty as prayed for in this behalf.

The applicant may file suitable application in Cr. Revision No.669/2015 for the relief as prayed in this Cr. Revision. 4.
