(1) The accused/applicant has moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No. 113/2015 registered at Police Station Darima, District Surguja for the offences punishable under Sections 363,366 & 376(2)(<) of Indian Penal Code and Section 5 read with Section 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. (2) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the applicant and taking into consideration the fact that four prosecution witnesses have already been examined, I deem it appropriate to direct the trial Court to conclude the trial expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of

this order.

(3) Accordingly, the bail application is disposed of directing the trial Court to conclude the trial expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
