Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 17/02/2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has submitted statutory representation in terms of Rule 11 of the Chhattisgarh Preparation and Revision of Market Value Guidelines Rules, 2000, however, the respondents have not yet decided the representation. 2.
Learned State counsel would submit that the authority competent to decide the representation shall be informed to take appropriate decision in the matter, in accordance with law, preferably within a period of 3 weeks.
