1. In this case, the petitioner has assailed legality and validity of the transfer order on the ground that the Collector does not have jurisdiction to pass an order of posting. During the pendency of this petition, a new order has been passed by the State Govt.

2. Learned counsel for the State submits that the order impugned in this petition will not be given effect to.

-23. Accordingly, in view of the above submission, this petition is finally disposed off as having rendered infructuous.
