The Petitioner through the present writ petition has sought for a direction to Respondent No.3 to decide the appeal that he has preferred against the order of termination dated 27.2.2016 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Dhamtari.

According to the learned Counsel for the Petitioner, after the order of termination the Petitioner had made an appeal to Respondent No.3Registrar General, High Court of Chhattisgarh, and the said appeal till now has not been decided.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner further makes a statement that there is another similarly placed person namely Mukesh Kumar Rajak, who had filed a similar writ petition i.e. Writ Petition No. 2590 of 2017 which has been finally disposed of on 19.6.2017 by the Coordinate Bench of this Court with a direction to the Registrar General, High Court of Chhattisgarh, to decide his appeal at the earliest.

In view of the same, ends of justice would meet if the Petitioner's case is also disposed of with a direction to Respondent No.3 to consider the appeal of the Petitioner if any pending before it and decide the same at the earliest.
