Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 01/03/2016 The grievance of the petitioner is that a part of his ownership land situated in khasra No.296/2 Village - Tikrapara, PH No.114 has been used for the purpose of construction of road by Raipur Development Authority and the petitioner has submitted representation that he should be provided appropriate compensation.

The petition does not give proper details of the total extent of land which the petitioner claims to have been used by the respondent. However, the respondent may consider petitioner's representation. 3.

An enquiry shall be made to examine petitioner's claim. It shall be completed in three months. If it is found that any part of the land belonging to the petitioner has been used for construction of road or for any public work by the respondent, the respondent shall act in accordance with law to provide compensation provided under the provisions of Nagar Tatha Gram Nivesh Adhiniyam, 1973.

In case, grievance of the petitioner is not redressed, it would be open for the petitioner to take recourse to remedy, as may be available to him under the law.
