None appears though served Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 09.04.2018 The only challenge to the order is that the petitioner has been terminated from service on the allegation that the petitioner's husband has misbehaved. This order has been issued without affording any opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. As there is no reply by Janpad Panchayat, Balod even though it has been served, only on the ground of violation of principles of natural justice, the order is set aside though with liberty to hold an enquiry by giving notice to the petitioner.
Accordingly, the petition is allowed.
