A P.U.D. has been received from the Court of Learned Fifth Additional Sessions Judge, Durg, requesting extension of time to dispose off the case before the said Court.

In M.Cr.C. No. 3998 of 2018, this Court while dismissing the bail application filed by the petitioner has directed to conclude the trial preferably within a period of four months from the date of communication of that order.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the PUD, the prayer is allowed and the extension of further two months' time to conclude the trial is granted. The order of this case be communicated to the concerned Court immediately.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed off.
