Smt. Sunita Jain, Govt. Advocate for the State. The present MCC has been filed seeking restoration of W.P. (S) No. 7164 of 2019, which got dismissed by a peremptory order dated 11.09.2019.

For the reasons assigned in the application and also considering the submissions made by the counsel for the applicant, subject to the applicant paying a cost of Rs. 1,500/- (One Thousand Five Hundred) to the Chhattisgarh High Court Bar Association Library Fund, Account No. 32749718036 within 10 days from today, W.P.(S) No. 7164 of 2019 shall be restored to its original number.

The Order would come into effect only on the applicant furnishing the receipt of the cost amount within the stipulated time/period before the Registry.

The present MCC accordingly stands allowed.
