Counsel for the applicants submits that he wants to withdraw this revision with liberty to file appropriate application before the Court below under the provisions of Hindu Adoption and Maintenance Act, 1956.

Accordingly, the revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
