1. This petition has been filed by the petitioner being aggrieved by her transfer order dated 3.11.2017, whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Govt. Middle School (Boys) Ghutku, Block Takhtatpur to Govt. Middle School Gunsari, Block Takhatpur.

2. Be that as it may, taking into consideration the grounds raised in the petition, this petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to make representation to respondent No.4/Chief Executive Officer, Jila Panchayat Bilapsur for redressal of her grievances against transfer.

-23. If the representation is moved by the petitioner, the same shall be considered and decided by respondent No.4/Chief Executive Officer within a period of 3 weeks from the date of receipt of representation along with copy of this order.
