Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order on Board 06.03.2019

1. The present MCC has been filed seeking for modification of the order dated 08.01.2019 passed by this order in WPS 12 of 2019. The modification is sought for by virtue of certain clerical error incurred by the petitioners while preparing the writ petition.

2. According to the petitioners, that the names of the father of the petitioner No. 4 , 5 and 9 and the name of the husband of the petitioner No. 7 has been wrongly got typed and the MCC has been preferred seeking for an appropriate modification. The respondent does not oppose the same.

3. In view of the same, this court allowing the present MCC permits the petitioners to carry out necessary amendments in the original writ petition during the course of the day itself and also orders for modifying the order on 08.01.2019 to the extent that in the cause title the name of the father of the petitioner No. 4 and petitioner No.

5 would be read as "Awadhesh Prasad Pathak" instead of "Awadesh Kumar Pathak". Like wise the name of the husband of the Petitioner No. 7 would also be read as "Anoop Kumar Pandey" instead of "Anoop Kumar Pathak" so also after the father's name of the petitioners No. 9 shall be read as "G.L. Jangde" instead of "G.J. Jangde".

4. With the aforesaid modification, the present MCC stands allowed and disposed of.

5. The registry is directed to ensure that the copy of the order passed in the present MCC shall be made part of the record of WPS No. 12 of 2019.
