1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the impugned order dated 13.12.2017 (Annexure P/1) passed by respondent No.3 is unsustainable and bad in law.

2. On the other hand, learned Deputy Government Advocate for respondents No.1 and 2 would submit that the impugned order is appealable under Rule 13 of the C.G. Teacher (Panchayat) Cadre (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2012 (hereinafter called as 'the Rules of 2012').

3. Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to prefer an appeal under Rule 13 of the Rules of 2012 within 15 days from today before the appellate authority. If such an appeal is preferred, the

appellate authority would do well and dispose of the said appeal within a period of 45 days from its receipt after hearing all affected parties.

4. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed off. No cost(s).
