(2) This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.236/2013, registered at Police Station Dharamjaigarh, District Raigarh, for the offence punishable under Sections 395, 120-B of the I.P.C.

(3) After hearing learned counsel for the parties, nature and gravity of the offence and further taking into consideration the fact that some material prosecution witnesses have already been examined and further considering the material available on record, I am not inclined to release the applicant on bail. Consequently, the bail application is rejected. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
