Sam Koshy Order On Board 02.01.2018 Counsel appearing for respondent no.1 submits that respondent no.1, the employee involved in the dispute has already resigned from his employment and as such the claim of respondent no.1 is no more alive and the petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous.

Needless to mention that in case the respondent no.1 is still in employment, the petitioners shall have the liberty of reviving the petition by moving an appropriate application.
