(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is working as Vice Principal in ITI Ambikapur, who has been transferred from ITI, Ambikapur, District Surguja to ITI Bagicha, District Jashpur instead of respondent No.4, by the impugned transfer order dated 08.02.2016 passed by respondent No.2-Deputy Secretary,
Skill Development, Technical Education and Employment Department, Raipur, against which, he has made representation before the State Government, which has not been decided till this date and, therefore, he may be permitted to make fresh representation before the State Government and direction may be issued to the said authority to decide the same expeditiously.
(3) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.
(4) The petitioner is permitted to make fresh representation before the State Government. If such representation is made by the petitioner before the State Government and, in turn, the State Government shall consider and decide the same on its own merit and in accordance with law preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of representation of the petitioner.
(5) For a period of two months, the effect and operation of the impugned transfer order dated 08.02.2016, in respect of the petitioner shall remain stayed.
(6) With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
