Counsel for the Petitioner submits that he does not want to press the writ petition at this juncture and prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to move a fresh application before the Trial Court under Section 311 of the Code of Civil Procedure bringing on record the entire subsequent developments and certain other additional facts to the notice of the Court.
