Though, there are arguments on the correctness and validity of the order, considering that while disposing off the petitioner's petition, there was no decision on merits, but direction was issued to consider the representation of the petitioner, I think, nothing more was required to be complied with. 3.

In view of submission made above, it is apparent that the order passed by this Court has been compiled with. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to assail the legality and validity of order dated 01-07-2017 in a separately constituted writ petition. 4.
