The applicant has preferred these first bail applications under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail, as he is apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime Nos.508/2019, 505/2019, 517/2019, 521/2019 and 523/2019 respectively registered at Police Station Dongergarh, District- Rajnandgaon, Chhattisgarh.

Mr. B. P. Singh, learned counsel for applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these applications. However, he submits that as all other co-accused persons have been enlarged on bail, hence, a direction may be issued to the Court below concerned for considering bail application of present applicant on the same day, if filed by him after his surrender.

Mr. Vimlesh Bajpai, learned Govt. Advocate submits that he is not having objection to the submission of learned counsel for applicant.

Accordingly, these bail applications are dismissed as withdrawn. If an application for grant of regular bail is filed by applicant after his surrender, the Court below concerned may try to decide it on the same day in accordance with law.
