1. Mr. A.C. Sahu, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this bail application. However, he prays for a direction to the trial Court concerned to consider regular bail application of applicant on the same day when applicant surrenders.

2. Mr. BP Banjare, learned State Counsel submits that he is not having any objection.

3. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. It is, however , directed that if the applicant surrenders before the trial Court concerned and files an application for grant of regular bail, the trial Court concerned may try to decide the same in accordance with law on the same day on which it is filed.
