The present MCC has been filed seeking restoration of WPS No. 6922 of 2018 which was got dismissed by a peremptory order dated on 23.10.2018. Having heard the Counsel for the applicant and on perusal of the contents of the application, this court is of the opinion that subject to the applicant paying cost of Rs. 750/- towards the Chhattisgarh High Court Bar Association Library Fund, Account No. 32749718036, within a period of 7 days from today. The present MCC stands allowed.
