This is the first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 76/2014, registered at Police Station Kelhari, District Koriya (C.G.), for the offence
punishable under Sections 363, 366, 376 of I.P.C. and 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act,2012.

After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties and in view of the fact that four witnesses have already been examined, I deem it appropriate to direct the trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude it within a maximum period of four months from the date of receipt and/or production of a copy of this order.

Copy of this order be sent to the trial Court for information and compliance.

With the aforesaid observation, bail application stands disposed off.
