Learned Deputy Government Advocate for the respondents/State would submit that order suspending the petitioner in exercise of Rule 9 of the Chhattisgarh Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1966 is appealable before the Appellate Authority i.e. Conservator of Forest and by order dated 3.2.2016 (Annexure P/2) he has been directed to be worked at Chowki Range, Rajnandgaon during the suspension period.

Since order is appealable before the Appellate Authority, this

Court declined to entertain the writ jurisdiction and as such, the present writ petition is dismissed in limine. However, the petitioner is at liberty to prefer an appeal before the Appellate Authority in accordance with law. No order as to cost(s).
