Justice Rajani Dubey Order On Board By Virtual Hearing 21/06/2021 This is an application filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the applicant, who is apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No.04/2021 registered at Police Station Mainpur, District Gariyaband (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 417 and 376 (2)(n) IPC. Case of the prosecution in brief is that on 24.12.2020, report was lodged by the complainant alleging that the applicant has developed physical relation with her on the pretext of marriage.
