1. Heard.

2. The present petition is filed on the ground that despite a report was made by the petitioner to Station House Officer, Police Station Civil Lines, Bilaspur vide Annexure P-1 no action has been taken by the police though the cognizable offence was reported.

3. Perusal of Annexure P-1, which is alleged to be a report made to the police, shows that it do not bear any seal or signature of any person of the police station, therefore, it is not clear whether such report was made or not, which mandates a direction from the High Court. In view of this, the petitioner is granted liberty to make a report, if so advised, and if the police after the report do not take cognizance, then only the High Court may intervene. At present, it is too vague and premature to act upon document Annexure P-1. Therefore, this petition do not call for any adjudication by this Court.

4. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
