The petitioner, who is an employee of Cooperative Society, has filed this petition seeking direction to respondents to pay the dues. 3.
Return filed by the respective respondents only reveal that there is a dispute with regard to service conditions of the petitioner and the amount of dues, which are not being paid to the petitioner. According to the respondent/State, it is a matter of dispute between the petitioner and the Cooperative society. 4.
Learned counsel for respondent-Cooperative Society submits that the petitioner has remedy of raising service dispute before the competent authority under Section
55(2) of the Co-operative Societies Act.

Having considered the submission made by learned counsel for the parties and pleadings made, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioner should take recourse to the remedy under Section 55(2) of the Co-operative Societies Act by raising service dispute.
