1. The applicant has preferred the second bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C., as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.129/2020, registered at Police Station: Bhatgaon, District: Balodabazar-Bhatapara (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 376 & 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 67 (A) of the Information Technology Act.

2. The earlier bail application was dismissed with liberty to revive the prayer after examination of the prosecutrix.

3. The prosecutrix has been examined before the trial Court. Having seen the deposition, I am not inclined to take any different view of the matter.
