The petitioner has filed the instant writ petition challenging the order dated 1.2.2016 (Annexure P/1) issued by respondent No.2 by which the petitioner has been directed to work as Anganwadi Worker at Anganwadi Centre No.2, Beechpara in village Chorbhatti.

After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of finally with a direction to the petitioner to approach Collector, Balodabazar-Bhatapara, who will look into the grievance of the petitioner in accordance with law. No order as to cost(s). 3.
