4. Staff Officer (Mining) South Eastern Coalfields Limited Bhatgaon Area Surajpur Chhattisgarh. --- Respondents 14.08.2019 Mr. Vaibhav Goverdhan, counsel for the petitioner. Mr. Vivek Chopda, counsel for the respondents. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the respondents that there is internal mechanism to resolve the dispute, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to make a suitable application to the respondents to make redressal of the grievance.
