Petitioner had sought copies of his answer sheets by moving an application under Right to Information Act, 2005, which has been dismissed vide Annexure-P-1 dated 04.10.2018 with observation that the petitioner may prefer first appeal before the Appellate Authority.

Since the order is appealable, the writ petition is not maintainable. Let the petitioner avail the alternative remedy within 30 days from today. It is expected of the Appellate Authority to decide the petitioner's appeal expeditiously. 3.
