(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has made an application for his transfer on medical grounds before respondent No.-3 i.e. Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat, Jashpur, which is pending consideration till this date and therefore, direction may be issued to the said authority to decide the same expeditiously. 501

(3) In view of above, respondent No.-3 i.e. Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat, Jashpur is directed to do well and to take a decision on the pending application for the transfer of the petitioner in accordance with law preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

(4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
