(1) Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is subjected to mid academic session transfer as his son and daughter are studying at his present place of posting i.e. Lundra, District Surguja (C.G.), and it is very difficult for the petitioner, if his order of transfer be allowed to be executed and, therefore, he may be permitted to file representation for redressal of his grievances and the same may be directed to be decided within the specific time frame.

(2) Prayer appears to be fair & reasonable.

(3) Be that as it may, if the petitioner prefers representation to the competent authority within a period of 10 days from today for redressal of his grievances, it is directed to be decided by the authority concerned within a further period of 20 days from the date of receipt of representation in accordance with law.

(4) For the period of 30 days, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner.

(5) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
